Welcome to a flat fee service. No junk fee's here! What you see is what you pay.
Flat fee includes: travel time, service, laundry, products, cleaning protocols, GET tax.
I appreciate cash and check, but accept all credit cards and Venmo (I absorb the 3% processing fee).
Credit card needed to secure appointment through Square.
Cancelation Policy: 12 hours needed to cancel. If cancelled within that time then client will be charged 50% of the total cost if I am unable to schedule another booking.

Functional Integration®
This is a movement education lesson to develop more awareness, improve range of motion and balance. Please wear comfortable clothing to move in. Address chronic or acute pain with the Feldenkrais Method®.

Signature Massage
Whenever I get a massage I usually tell my therapist to do what they do best. That's what I provide in this delightful blend of techniques.
I start with some gentle Feldenkrais movements, then warm muscles with stones, then promote circulation and relaxation with Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and end with a Avaphuhi Ginger Coconut scalp massage. A wonderful way to ease stress and sink into deep relaxation.

The Works
This is the ultimate experience for mind and body. First I start with whole body exfoliation with a papaya sugar scrub. Then experience a full hour of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi with hot stones. Sink into deep relaxation with the detoxifying mud wrap and a hydrating Avapuhi-Ginger Coconut Scalp massage.
